getting started

okay so i know i haven't left yet, but right now i'm getting ready with everything including the big one, packing, which will be quite the achievment on its own. also i'm getting ready for my going away party which is super exciting. basically this message is to let all of you know that while i'm gone especially during the first months i am there i would really appreciate emails from everyone so i can still feel connected and in touch with everyone. also i know a blog can kind of be impersonal sometimes so i'm definelty still going to be emailing everyone. along with that i don't know the internet access i will have so my postings might be pretty sporadic during my stay here. but basically i can't wait to get over there so i can put up some more substaintial posts and some pictures. adios!
